Where are they on the site? I see these Vision 5ml Nova Tank Clearomizer, V2 but it just says V2.

Those are the ones I ordered about 2 weeks ago and received V2.5 long wick tanks..:)
Guess the stock is turning over faster than they can update the website....

Nice to know thanks. Maybe they're just calling 'em V2 since they technically still are

Also (correct me if Im wrong) its a 3.5ml tank and not a 5 ml.

The top marking on the tank is 2.8ml. If you fill them past that marking (up to about the bottom of the wicks), that would probably be around 3ml. You could fill them more I suppose, but I haven't. So, in reality, I think they are about 3ml in practical capacity.

I get flooding if I even get to the 2.8ml mark.

Try wiggling the bottom center of the coil connector, it would seem that the rubber? gasket needs to seal against the center post to prevent leaks / flooding. That's the only junction above the 2.8mL mark that leads to the airway besides the top cup where the coil is located.

Not sure I understand. The head is open through to the center post. If juice gets to the top of the head, won't it run into the center post and flood it?

No. The white silicone cap on the center tube butts up against the inside of the screw-on top of the tank. That prevents juice from getting into the center tube that way. . . . UNLESS the silicon cap is compromised or is not properly situated on the center tube. Also, there is a washer that fits up in the silicon cap and sits on top of the center tube. If it is inserted backwards, that could cause the cap not to make a tight seal.
