juice is the component you want to stock up on.. 1000-2000 ml would be a great start.

Just how do you properly store that much juice? Isn't the shelf life just a few months?

I'm not worried about any ban at this time. If it would happen, it would be in the news long before it ever went thru, which would give me time to stock up. Laws don't become laws in one day. First, one group has to pass it, then another and then another. We would have ample warning.

I'm buying up a year's supply of juice as soon as I can because I do think the government here is going to drop the hammer soon. The hardware I'm not worried about, much. I recall the bans they've tried to put in place on pot smoking paraphernalia, despite the fact that you can smoke other stuff in a ....! :)

I'm not wedded to nicotine, and it doesn't have a place in my long term future, I can make my own 0 nic juice.

If bongs/bowls/pipes for pot are sold massively with the excuse that there intended for Tabacco, e-cigs aren't going anywhere. The juice can be made at home in multiple ways so I don't see the point in stocking up. Although stocking up would just be a good idea in general, since most people have to go online to purchase supplies, it just makes things easier to buy in bulk.

I think the same thing, if I can cram some tobacco in my ecig it is then smoking paraphernalia and should be treated as such, I haven't noticed that pipes are taxed like cigs either. The juice won't be too hard to make either, will be dangerous tho when people try and make pure nic. I can see it now DEA raiding peoples houses like .... labs lol.

I agree. Even if they did ban it all they'd do is drive it into the black market. The genie is out of the bottle now and it's not going back in. I just worry about the hassles they can throw in the way, that's why I'm stocking up. Even now, in the past couple of weeks a couple of my favorite suppliers were kicked from PayPal, making ordering just that much more difficult.

I was smoking three packs a day of Bronco ultralits. Back then (six months ago) they were $2.40 a pack. Probably around $3.00 now. That's $9.00 aday times 30...that comes out to $270.00 a month times twelve..............................................................................................................................$3240.00 a year.

Probably $2000.00 of that is taxes.

If just !000 of us quit--that's two million tax dollars.
If just 100,000 of us quit smoking --$2.000.000.000 (I think I did that right)

Anyway, surely there's a hundred thousand of us in this country now--we're costing the goverment 2 billion a year in taxes.

Multiply that by just a couple million (less then one percent of the American population) and it comes out to several TONS of money.

Sooner or later they'll either go after E-cigs, or tax it.

Exactly oldtechno...not to mention the money they will get for licensing fees and so on from the suppliers IF the pharmacies dont take it over. Jeez...they even want to tax you for the CO2 you exhale, cow farts and the list goes on. NOTHING goes untaxed!

Also people...what will you need to make juice? Tobacco. I know the main reason I started vaping is to stop paying for tobacco and the extreme taxes. They are talking about another $1.00 tax on tobacco now if it didn't already happen. Its just not something the average person will have time or experience to do anyway.

Yeah, I'm stocking up, bit by bit. Even though I'm more optimistic than I once was.
I agree that it's not gonna disappear, but hard to say what will be gettable and good, how much it'll cost, and I can't really see myself vaping snus marinated in VG or playing with raw nicotine... hard to say how our vendors will survive, whatever comes down, and who will be willing to risk what to keep it sweet, smooth, tasty and easily available. Bananas Foster may well be something to wax nostalgic about before this is all said and done. Sigh.

About the only ingredient or hardware they might control would be the nicotine. Where do you buy liquid nicotine? and does it have a shelf life? Everything else would be readily available for mixing your own.
Myfreedomsmokes.com has 100mg nicotine bottles in various sizes. I cannot imagine they would expire easily because of how strong it is!

They also have a 50% off sale on all unflavored liquid right now. I've purchased 100mg and 60mg from myfreedomsmokes and am VERY happy with their speed of delivery and the quality of it. As far as stocking up... Well I buy a little each payday. Mainly I will purchase a new flavor or two I want to try out and a few DiY products and then some blank cartomizers. Right now I have 10 unopened cartomizers as well as about 200ml in flavored juice and another 60ml of 60mg and 40ml of 100mg and tons of lorann flavors. I vape at anywhere from 10-18mg so that stock should last me a while but I just buy here and there so I never really have to worry about running out even if somethign happens financially and I'm unable to buy for a month or two.
