Yes, I've used the M401 C-E2's which is the type Centraltrade sells. Liberty Flights sell them in 5 packs. Very nice, although they do seem to divide opinion - there are loads of threads covering the C-E2's (see the cartomizer technical forum). The ones I have (2.5 ohms ish) do suit the low powered M series batteries just fine IMO, but put them on a 3.7v mod and they get too hot and taste a bit off. The standard type is very slightly longer than an M401 mouthpiece/cartridge, holds 0.6ml and for me lasts the life of the battery between refills. You can refill them many times. They do an XL version (1.8ml capacity) which will be much larger.

I have seen some "filler type" M series carto's too, although I can't remember where..

As mentioned above there are the filler-less CE2's for the M series. The same company also makes the E1 w/ filler. Then there's reported Smoore M4xx cartos. There are a few recent threads in the M series sub forum.

Cheers Turbo, info is still a bit scarce but at least that forum's a bit more specific to my needs.

What's the ifference between filler-less and with filler? Can you drip on cartomisers for a quick vape in the same way you can dip on an atomiser or does using cartomisers require going through the full filling process?

The filler-less cartos have a bow tie wick the supplies the coil via capillary action. I posted a pic of the guts so you can see. Some people do drip on the coil w/ these but that's not what they're intended for. The chamber holds close to 1ml for the regular size and close to 2ml for the XL. There are huge threads discussing the pros and cons of this system.

Filler cartos have material/filler that retains the liquid and feeds the coil. They can be modded to where you can drip but the whole idea w/ cartomizers is that you have a certain supply of juice available before needing to refill. This is what makes cartomizers more convenient in theory.
