Man......I've had the worst day. PC crashed sometime lastnight/this morning. Had to do a complete restore

That totally sucks,, When that happens I just buy a new PC.
Not worth it if it happens again. Watch out for the viruses.

I'm not sure what it was. I went to bed it was fine. Woke up theis morning......that was locked up. Shut it down. No restart.
I just reinstalled windows, fresh updates......everything seems fine. Working on my anti-virus as we speak.

Make sure to have the automatic updates for windows shut off.

last time I run and antivirus on my PC was 4 or 5 years ago it deleted me a lot of things, I don't want any anti virus any longer, I have been lucky not to be infected in the last 10 years, of course I don't surf the internet too much,only EC related forums is my joy
I don't do alot of "surfing". I have like 8 spots I visit on the regular.
Now the wife.........she is all over the place on this thing.

I think anti-virus software makers actually make viruses in their spare time. So we have to keep buying their software. LOL
