Hey all. I have been using them for, oh I don't know, 7 months now. I love it I use it for my PS3. So I was wondering if anyone else used them.

With the recession it is hard to be a gamer. I used to buy 3 games a month (at $60 a pop). Then my ex-fiancee (then fiancee) said why don't you try them, it is a lot cheaper. So I did, one of the best things she ever convinced me to do. I have never had a problem with the discs or anything and they are quick on shipping. The only thing I have not tried is their trade in program, but from the looks of it, it is the same type of thing Gamestop does. (used to work for them, GS treats its employees like **** BTW) I got a link to a hilarious video about them if anyone want to see it.

lol. So who else uses them?

Also, if you have a PS3 add me to your friends list, I am Moobyghost.

If you want to try them, and you click this below, I get a referral thingie. lol.

I use them, and I've had plenty of problems with them over the 3-4 years that I've been a member.

That being said, it's still a good deal, and I continue to use them.

What problems have you had?

The only problem I have had is having like 5 games in my top que, but they send something way down the list, but that is because of inventory i guess.

I've received games in various states of unplayable. From scratched to completely broken in half. They did send me out new copies, and did not charge me as if I'd broken them which was good. Still, it was subscription time I was paying for with no benefit.

And the queuing issue is a big one for me. I keep 35+ games in my queue, the top 8 will all be medium availability or higher, and I'll get something that was like 15th on the list. That's bull****, and it pisses me off, and I email them something very unfriendly each time they do it.

I have never got a broken or scratched disc, but once again I have a PS3 and they use a new coating on all of those games, same as blu ray movies, so that is probably why I have never had that problem. If I still had a 360 I am sure I would have gotten a few scratched discs by now.

I keep 40+ in my que and usually get the third choice on the list. It doesn't really bother me once I think about how much I am saving over buying games, and like they say, don't ever buy a bad game again. So yeah, all-in-all I love 'em.

Also, I think they are building a new distribution warehouse near Washington state somewhere that will cut down on load dramatically. They are still growing, evolving...

Well, they have a distribution center in central FL. Not more than a few hours away from me.

And if I was getting even one of the top 5 each time, I wouldn't be bothered. When it goes 10th are lower, I get angry. I keep those as safety games. So that if in the event I get laid off and am doing nothing else but burning through games I'll have something in the queue still.

Jeez guys, 30-40 games in your Que? I have enough trouble finding 5 i'd like to play. I've had issues with gamefly, shipping is the biggest problem. Most of the time I wont get a game until about 1.5 weeks after I mailed the last one, I have a 2 game plan. I haven't had much time to play lately, so I'm thinking of dropping it or going down to 1 game at a time. I've got too many non-video game hobbies now, and I'm spending most of my free time building and launching model rockets/working on my car.

The reason you wait so long to get a new game is because you keep your queue so low.

I tried that before them, keeping my queue empty except for the one game I wanted next, and I experienced the same thing that you do. It would take 1-2 weeks for them to ship out a new game AFTER I'd received the confirmation that they'd gotten the game back from me.

I complained and they said it was because I didn't have enough games in my queue, and that what I had was low in stock.
