anyone use hemp in a rebuildable?

I have several rebuildables (a chid, 3 aga's, RAtank) and lately have grown tired of the long process of cutting mesh, rolling mesh, oxidizing, getting rid of hotspots....etc

So have went back to vivis for simplicity.

Ive been thinking.... Ive read people using hemp as wick.

I just wonder how long it lasts, how it tastes, if it burns etc.

I think it would be awesome to have a big roll of hemp twine, you cut off a peice, stick it in tank and wrap your coil= done

Cheap quick and easy.

That brings me back to the questions.
Does it burn, does it last, does it wick well, does it taste good?

Anyone using hemp in a rebuildable? Any pics or thoughts? Source of the hemp

I have used a lot of hemp but never used it in a rba. One can use cotton so why not? Try it out the worst that can happen is you get a nice buzz.

I seen this thread recently resurrected and just wanted to update that I tried hemp in several devices and had decent results but nothing compares to cotton in micro coils, I use them in every device I use now
