I was previously using cig2o/vapage e-cigs with prefilled cartomizers and also had a Fifty-One Duo kit but batteries died so fast because of my continuous use and went through major cartomizers daily and became a little expensive and sometimes the menthol cartomizers did not taste right or had a burnt taste, so just upgraded to the Total VAPOR EGO 48 hour battery and clearomizer (Ce4) liquid fill tank and think I love it so far....except occasional small leaks and think I ruined one of the Ce4 atomizers because I didn't let the wick get saturated and it burned at the insertion to the silicone looking center part. And pushing the button when I want to vape while typing and etc is a bit of a drag....so I still carry around my old e-cig. My new kit even came with a necklace that connects to the EGO, so it's with me at all times...lol
Anyone else have one and have tips or have had problems?

Uh, there are much better deals than what I saw on that site, way overpriced on hardware and shipping. If you got the 650 mah battery no reputable vendor claims they last 48 hours, rule of thumb, about 1 hour for every 100 mah. So 650 = about 6.5 hours. Now if the price I saw was for two batteries, that would be in line, however first class shipping for something like that should be in the $3.00 range, not $7.99.

I would look at some more reputable vendors, in the blue bar above there is a link called forum suppliers, check out some of these vendors. As for the battery, it says it uses a 510 connection and has ego cone threading, this opens the door for almost endless clearo/carto/tanks delivery systems. To keep it simple, I would try a top fill clearo, something like a Kanger T2 maybe. Others will chime in with suggestion, don't be afraid to ask questions, the people here are great and truly want to help. Best of luck to you and welcome aboard.

I bought a total vapor kit at my local head shop. Got two 1100 mah bats and two ce4s and a charger for 60 bucks, I think they're selling the same kit on their website for over 100. The batteries are awesome, they charge in an hour and last all day easily. Easy to fill the tanks etc. I think I got lucky. I do want to try the ego twist or something where I can vary the voltage, but I'm not looking forward to swapping out coils to change resistances. I'm only 10 days into vaping so I can't vouch for the longevity of the battery, but so far this kit is doing the trick.

I second thesteve if battery life is what you desire get a mod that uses a 18490 rechargeable or higher I like clearos or drip tips cartos seem to clog up because I use higher percentage vg
+1
A mod without a self contained battery will help prevent the concern of juice leaking onto the battery. I like an AW IMR 18650 with a bottomfed mod plus a RBA for safe all day vaping.

I have an aquavapor ego 650mAH and I get 2 days worth of vaping out of it before the light indicator says it needs a charge. I ordered my kit here

eGo Electronic Cigarette CE4 Express Starter Kit - Quality ecigs from Aqua Vapor Cig Atlanta, Ga and North Carolina

I got it with 15ML of juice that comes with it and I got it for $16.00 after the coupon. It is a very reliable system. I don't chain vape, but I have gone from light vaping to moderate daily vaping through 2am and I have absolutely no issues getting 2 days out of my battery.

I am a dealer in Total vapor products. The is product is great with no returns or problems. Yes the total vapor web site is expensive. They do that to protect there dealers. The price you paid for the 650 MAh is suggested retail. The battery has a life time warrantee. The will last for 8 hours of continues use. It you want a longer battery life get the 1100 mah. It will last for 10 to 12 hours of use.
