I'm here, when I'm here
Doing construction renovations, I close my areas off to the public. I vape and allow others to do the same but image.jpg

I grab a stealth vape here and there. My companies policy is very gray they state no tobacco use and call out smoked and smokeless. In my state eliquid is not considered a tobacco product but im not going to push my luck. I only do it to keep my nic levels up when im stuck at my desk for to long to go outside. Honestly if they knew how much more productive this made me they might consider making it explicity allowed lol. All in all our HR department is run by a bunch of idiots so id rather not open pandoras box... most of their decisions are made via research on Wikipedia, sad for a fortune 1000 company.

I am in a lot of different offices for my job and mostly stick to stealth. However, recently in my home office I was vaping with the door closed on and off throughout the day. Later a co-worker who knows I vape said someone else said "is someone making pancakes in here?" Reminded me that my go to sweet vapes can give me away!

Luckily I work outside (I work at a golf course) so it's never a big issue. If I am inside the Pro shop i'll go to the bathroom and take a few pulls in the stall. Though yesterday my boss saw my vaporisor (he had a huge dip in) and I could tell by the way he talked about it that he didn't like it.

Sent from my iPhone because I'm awesome like that.

I vape in my office all day long. The only time I vape out of my office is when I'm on deadline. I don't vape when I'm talking to a source or a customer cause I'm usually doing a lot of writing. My boss on the other hand vapes everywhere. Between the two of us the entire building smells good. Have had some people ask what type of air freshener the office uses

My job doesn't have a policy against vaping, but does against smoking. I stealth vape often while inside, but try to go outside with my smoking co-workers just so there's no reason to include vaping in with the current smoking policy.
I just try to be smart about it I guess.

The same with me. I work for the Federal Government and although my agency doesn't have an explicit policy about vaping I do know that one is in the works... primarily because a coworker of mine seems to think that it's her god given right to blow clouds everywhere she is. People got concerned and me and a couple of other vapors had to give her the "talk" about being a bit more discreet. She had that teenaged belligerence going pretty good and at first didn't understand that fogging up a common office was intruding on the personal space of others. I don't care if it smells good, some folks just don't want to smell it.

Heck yeah!! I am in construction and this makes it pretty easy for me to vape whenever I want to. I don't vape in meeting settings but outside of that, it's wide open. We recently had a memo circulate in email emphasizing the company non smoking policy. I immediately responded to it and asked concerning the company's stance on vaping. I was assured that as long as it does not create disruption, it was ok. Our CEO had his parents taken from him by lung cancer and he is very anti-smoking. He was approached concerning my inquiry and he was so intrigued that he called me personally to ask what this was about. I explained it all to him and how it had worked for me to stop smoking. Now the company policy specifically addresses the use of vaping in all settings of company business. He is pro-vaping now! Glad I asked!

I too have had people comment on the type of candle warmer scent or air freshener they smell. My wife says all my vape juice (except strawberry) smell like maple long-johns from the doughnut shop.
