I had Blackberrys for years before switching to Droids, and haven't looked back. I have a Droid X and got an Incredible for the wife. I browse the droid forums a couple times a month to keep up on the latest, but refuse to upgrade till VZW releases 4G in my area. They've been saying all year that it's due in 2011, and it hasn't happened yet. Till then I'll stick with my DX.
As for streaming media, Netflix has made it much simpler than it used to be. I used to use Orb to stream content from my computer, which was convenient, but laggy. Netflix is awesome, I just hope they use the higher fees they started charging recently to expand their streaming library.
Hulu Plus is another one not as many people know about. I have a subscription with them to be able to stream Hulu movies to my Roku at home, which also entitles me to stream to my phone via their app. Btw I probably would pay the subscription for either Netflix or Hulu to just use them on my phone; but I get them mainly for watching tv...the phone apps are just an added bonus.
