So Cal
I just threw away 18 disposable lighters....guess I won't need them anymore!

Oh, and after going back and forth trying to decide, I ordered the Halo Triton to supplement my V2. I'm actually quite fond of the V2 for running around - for a lady with no pockets it's very easy to just pop it down the front of my shirt (nobody can see it) LOL I don't think the Triton will be able to fit there:blush:

I'm still blown away that after almost 40 years of smoking it was just that easy to give up:2cool:

Yes, if you get into rebuilding you will curse yourself for throwing them out and kick yourself as you go to the register and pay for a lighter. Plus, theres all those birthday candles.........

Oh yeah.... birthday candles. And at our age (37 yearex smoker here) thats alot of candles..... just sayin....:p

Brilliant post & well done AmandaD :D

I find my old lighters useful for lighting scented candles that I can now actually smell :D

Amanda, welcome and congrats! Pretty new at this stuff too, and after 53 yrs of buying analogues, forgot to add the cost of all the lighters gone thru! Well, yes there are young people with eagle eyes and steady hands that do rebuild those teeny, tiny coils that I can only see thru a magnifying glass.....with my glasses on! For $2 or less every couple of weeks, think I'll splurge.
