Anything Else I'd Need?

About to give vaping another shot. Since Ive been out of the game for a while, I was just wondering if I would need anything to get to vaping.

Kanger Pro Tank
e-liquid

Would I need anything else? I see a lot of "coils" and things like that but not sure if those are even compatible with the Kanger pro Tank.

Also, does e-liquid expire? LOL. I have a lot of e-liquid I bought from over a year ago and was wondering if I should just use that or buy fresh. Thanks.

I heard from an e-liquid supplier that e-juice has a shelf life of 2 years.

If you have any doubts about your juice junk it and get some new stuff. Remember that new juices may need to steep a week or so before they taste good. Also remember to keep water on hand. As far as replacement coils make sure you get the ones for the ProTank they will be sold as Kanger ProTank Replacement Coils as seen here Kanger ProTank Coil Replacement - 5 Pack 2.4 ohms

You didn't mention a charger for the eGo - just in case.
And a second battery is always a wise thing to keep around - it's better to keep two in rotation so you don't run out and then, if one dies, you have a backup 'til you get another backup

Get a backup tank too, i suggest an evod, very similar to the protank. You never know if you drop it and it breaks and you dont have anything else youll be right back to smoking. So really id say

2 batteries
2 tanks/clearos/etc and maybe a couple replacement heads for each
charger
eliquid
will power

edit: Note that you can use an evod head in a Kanger Protank, so if you have an Evod as a backup you have more interchangeable stuff too, which helps. I think id find the Protank a bit unwieldy on a standard ego as they are big/heavy, but they go great on a big mod. If you are new to this and dont plan on vaping cinnamon juices you may want to save the money and just pick up a couple evods. The protank would be a worthy investment down the road if you find you are going to stick with vaping.

Ok, this is what Im buying.

(3) Kanger Protanks
(10) Replacement Kanger Coils
(5) Replacement eVod Coils (see which ones I like better)
(2) Ego Twist Batteries (1000 mAh)

I Have my charger from my Ego-T that I was told will work

So Ill also have (2) Ego-T batteries (650 mAh I think)

Do you guys recommend a different battery or is the Ego Twist 1000 mAh a good choice?

One last question, any new places that have come along that have good e-liquid? I cant remember who i used in the past. LOL.

Your good to go with that parts list. I prefer the Vision Spinner instead of the Twist, but either one will do you just fine. Best of luck with getting back to vaping

Well in that case you may as well grab the spinner 1000 since youll be using protanks. The chome/stainless look great together, and you can dial in the perfect vape. Some of my juices taste a little better warmer, and others burn up, so its nice to be able to hit the sweet spot

I am a big advocate of awesome drip tips... I think a quality drip tip enhances the vaping experience... I have a large assortment of DT's and I feel they can change/ruin/enhance the experience significantly.

Even if you're not a dripper... the part you stick into your mouth... the part that has the most intimate contact with you... should not be overlooked... length, shape, material etc should be considered.

There getting Kanger ProTanks. Can't use your own drip tip on Kanger. It's built into the unit.

As far as juices go there are dozens of vendors to choose from. My favorite vendors right now for juice are PBDragon.com and MTBakerVapor.com. But that's me. Everyone is different.

You only need 1 more thing ....... Napkins. Seriously you should ask for extra napkins the next several times you get fast food and just stock them up they come in handy
