I was an early adopter of the "S" class, I've used it everyday since I bought it and it has performed flawlessly. When rumors of the "M" class began to circulate I started setting money aside and also purchased one of those. The manufacturing and assembly standards of both devices is very high, on par with a Provari (which I also have) IMHO. That the "M" only costs $10.00 more than the "S" is amazing considering that it is a TC device. I've run more than 15ml of juice through mine without a dry hit, scorched wick, or malfunction to report. They have only been out for a few days but I have little reason to expect them to perform any less reliably than the "S". I realize that $200.00 is a lot for some people to spend on a mod, but I believe that it is money well spent.

Hcigar is making their hb DNa 40 box with authentic evolv chips. Lot cheaper, but depends on what style you vape.

Hi Sthur

a dna40 mod was on my list until all the failures, nearly got an early vaporflask and so glad funds did not allow
maybe when evolve get a good rep again and a 60w or more I will look at them again as returning goods to USA is a pita shame really
thanks anyway it would have been an option

I love my SX Mini M Class. I picked it up this past Saturday at a B&M near me. They had a bunch in stock (both black and grey) and the price was the same as purchasing online, so it was a no brainer. It's a hair thinner than my iStick 50 and about maybe half an inch taller. but it is much heavier and feels more solid. What I especially like about it is it looks way nicer than any DNA40 box, which simply looks like a box. It is the exact same size as the IPV Mini II. The temperature control works great, although right now I am using normal tanks on it (until I can get some nickel wire coils). The one downside is the battery life. Powered by just one 18650, it pretty much lasts me one day, maybe an hour or two less.

The IPV 4 is supposed to be coming out right about now, and it supposedly also includes the temperature control function with a newer version of the SX 330 chip. It is powered by two 18650's so it should have a better battery life and will go up to 100 watts as opposed to the 60 watts of the SX Mini M Class. The downside is the IPV 4 is much bigger (it is basically the size of a Sigelei 100 or 150).

thanks jseah

I am pretty much sold on the sx mini now I think especially with yourself and others commenting on good build quality
the tc don't matter to me as not so sure about ni200 and how safe it is or not as vaping is harm reduction for me
also don't get dry hits on my subtanks using the build deck but maybe I should not have said that, tempting fate now

the ipv4 sounds good but like you say size but it could be a box to use at home, will have to keep my eye on that one
