hello all, in 08 was told to find life without cigs.It was at a cancer institute? mount sinia miami.Had men and women with bandanas or head scarfs hiding bald heads.the doc showed me charts of 3/4 cells and a very unhealthy throat. As not one to grasp all the roads to nirvana, tried vaping( liked nic).Decided on the vape route, a freind had an old one and while enjoying adult pop gave it a shot, second time trying it my nose bleed and freaked me out,was already all in to vaping but scared as all get out.Six months later by throat looked like a babies bottom not a sick nuked planet, my fingernails had no more black circles, my o2 sensor now read 98% not 92%.Not a doctor just a patient but dang this stuff works for me.Have all medical records for all years and blood work, it works for me.

As an x45 year smoker I can relate. I started the same way with an e-cigarette from a friend. It's been over 2 years now since my last cigarette and I've lost count of the number of e-cigarettes I've given away to smokers in the past 2 years. Is kinda my way of paying it forward.

So fun to give knowing its a new way of thinking for others, paying it forward is the best.

PS - watching an ex smoker choice a freaky flavor to me is seeing one know they know best.
