They look pretty similar to each other, your best bet would be to just go ahead and try it, if it doesn't fire - no go. If it fires and doesn't perform how you'd like - eh.

The Anyvape Peakomizer is a new tank for 2014. It has adjustable airflow and it's claim to fame is that it's universal when it comes to coils. It can take all new aspire bdc and bvc coils. As well protank 3 bdc and new aerotank coils.
My battery?? Lol not sure how relevant that is but I am using 3100 mah 18650 purple efest battery with a 20 amp limit. On my Sigelei 30w, which can handle resistances as low as 0.5. Which is nice because it is a regulated device and less of a worry of blowing off my face and hand.
It's relevant in that if your battery doesn't have enough amps to run a .8 ohm coil you could fry the circuitry (as in an ego battery). When the new lower ohm coils came out people were wanting to put them in their tanks and try running them on their egos.
Just a FYI. Your purple Efest 3100mAh 20A batteries are NOT 20A (even though that is what they are labeled). They are more like 4-6amps. This link is from Baditude (our resident battery/safety expert): Purple Efest Batteries not as Advertised

Thank you for giving me a heads up. I take battery safety very seriously. I've heard a lot of dirty stories about the Chinese battery industry. What do you suggest for a reliable battery?
Read Baditudes blog I provided for you. He has a whole list of acceptable batteries (and recommended chargers) for use in Mods. Batteries and charges are two of the most important items you will buy for your mod regarding safety.

Only buy batteries from a reputable supplier (not ebay or Amazon) as there are many counterfeit batteries being sold. Here are several reputable battery suppliers in the US.

I have one around here and it is a decent clearo tank with good air flow.I don't use it much though and I have never put 0.8 kanger coil in it but I am sure it will work as long as your mod reads those lower coils. The only coil that it clearly states as not working with is the Nautilus BVC coils but I believe it works with Aspires other BVC coils.
I buy my batteries from my very reputable local vape shop. Not only do they cater to newbies but they cater to the sub ohm/rebuilders as well. I'm sure if there was a problem with their batteries it would be known as well as taken care of. They take great pride in what they do. There are no spot weld marks anywhere on the positive or negative terminals as well as no grinding marks. Number one sign of a recycled battery.
