Anyvape Segatank + iTaste MVP 2.0

Hi,

I just bought the Anyvape Segatank. It arrived today. It looks amazing but I realise I haven't a clue what to do with it.
All this talk about sub-ohm, Atlantis & rda, ohms and watts baffles me.

Up until now I have been using Vivi Nova's on my MVP 2. I normally rebuild my own coils.

Can anyone advise me how to set my MVP for this tank? I've tried it with what I think it the Atlantis coil but haven't
got a single puff off it no matter what I set it to.

Don't think the MVP 2.0 will be able to fire an atlantis coil as they're about 0.5 ohms.

You'll need a more powerful device capable of lower ohms to use an atlantis coil really...

Damn that's a shame. What about if I change to the RDA coil that came with it. Can my MVP handle that?

If you build your coil to a higher resistance yeah, it should. Above 1.0 ohm should work but when the MVP 2.0 was new people were vaping on 1.5, 2.0 or even higher ohm coils so a 1.5 might work better.

Also not that familiar with that tank but if it takes atlantis coils then it must have quite a large airflow so you might need to close it down to a smaller setting to get a decent flavour.

To get the best out of it though you will unfortunately need a more powerful device than the 11 watts the MVP 2.0 offers.

Just take care when tightening the screws that hold the coil in place. I have seen a report and picture of the post coming off the base. So do not over tighten them.
