Anywhere to get flavoring locally?

I live in Texas, DFW are to be exact. I was just wondering if there are any grocery/chain stores that carry flavor concentrates suitable for DIY e juice?
Haven't seen any at the local grocery stores or Wally world. Thanks in advance for any insights.
