I have an Aodee 108 charger for 18650s.It has always worked fine.I just happened to check the voltage output at the battery and it is 10v.It is a smart charger so I am not sure if that drops when the batteries are charging.Like I said, never had problems with it,It charged the last batteries fine. And always to 4.2v then shuts off.I am not using it until I find out more.
Anyone else have this charger?

Your more concerned with amps when charging batteries. I doubt 10v will hurt your battery in the least bit, check the back of the charger and see what the output voltage is suposed to be. If it matches then I'm sure its working correctly. To many amps for your battery and it will be charging too fast, this usually only comes into play with a nearly fully depleted battery. More so as lithium's are concerned.
