I know this has been talked about here and there a little bit but I cant ever seem to find a definitive answer. Maybe there isnt one? I dont know. Anyway, I recently purchased this rda a couple days ago and I love it, small dome, 3 post, screws are flush with posts, silver 510 post thats adjustable, air flow control, etc. My question is this, the air flow control ring is all copper and im worried this is a problem. Im not sure if its just in my head that it tastes funky or what but is this safe? I see people all the time using brass top caps and then these new copper center 510 posts too so I assumed it was ok. The main reason I chose this rda was cause I wanted the copper and this wasnt just a straight top cap where juice would constantly be in contact with it, it still comes in contact through the air flow holes though. I realize this is probly minimal but I dont want this to have a harmful effect on me. What are your thoughts on this?!

Well thats what I was thinking myself and have also read. It doesnt specifically touch the ring but it does get juice on it on initial fill. The only time it really touches is where the holes are that im not using and the copper ring covers them, my cotton sometimes is close or touching in some cases if you get what im saying. Its hard to explain without a picture lol. And thanks, I do love this rda.
