Bought an Apollo e-cig kit on 9/22. Didn't like the carto flavors, and at that point in my newbie vaping, wasn't having any success at reloading the cartos (I've since learned, thanks to ECF).
I contacted them to return the kit under their 30 day warranty. Long story short, returned the kit into their hands, 11 days after purchasing it.
Got a refund check $15 SHORT of what I was told I would be refunded. Turns out, they deduct FULL PRICE for the 'free' cartos that come in the kit.
I did NOT have this same issue with GreenSmoke when I returned their kit. Got a FULL refund from them.
Oh, and the 'office manager' whom I had to speak with about the $15 shortage was rude. That $15 shortage and his rudeness bought his company a bad review and my steering everyone I know, CLEAR of Apollo e-cigs.
