I make them with a program called Paint shop Pro. No, that isn't me. It's a picture I found by searching for Bubble Thoughts. I cut out what was there, and put in my own stuff. I save pictures from the Internet and piece them together, like my Avatar and my Signature file. It's a lot of fun, but it can take a lot of time to get things just right. The Bubble Thought thing was pretty simple, though.
There are many Picture Editing programs. For whatever reason, I picked PSP a long time ago. There are Tutorials about how to do everything, and there are things that can be done that I haven't thought of trying yet. The stuff I do is mostly fairly basic... just Editing... not so much Creating. When you need to do something like paste an image on top of another, you have to make the Background of the one you're Pasting be Transparent, but that's about as complicated as it gets for me.
