Ah yeah....that would get annoying. I personally hate when pet owners let their animals roam. If you actually loved your pet you would not do that. Way too many dangers out there. (ISBN)
But it isn't the animals fault, it is the fault of the "owners". So go beat the crap out of them for being negligent pet owners. lol
