I am actually the bakery manager so I am trained in all aspects of scratch baking. Cakes, pies, donuts, breads Etc...
Fun job if you like being up at midnight LOL

Nice! I think I'ld find the job personally rewarding which does offset other issues. Carol worked graveyard early in our marriage and it didn't take long for us to adapt to the schedule.

It is very rewarding until you get them people who come in and say "i need 8doz caramel rolls." When would you like these? "I need them now." Umm well then I suggest you head on over to Walmart and pick some up. That 8 doz caramel rolls from scratch will be ready tomorrow morning LOL!

Hi Windy! Nice change in avi -- I never knew that your prior one was the illustration for your tat. Your artist did a good job, the inks are nice and crisp.

Ha! I think you just described a universal issue with all jobs!

Thats so true! The only real nice thing about my job is being able to try and create different breads. When I started working in bakeries it was the excitement of eating what I made. Not so much any more. Seen way to many donuts, cakes and breads in my life time LOL

Okay, now you have my curiosity way up. If you had the tat prior to finding the avi, is that piece of artwork based on something relatively famous? I've never seen it before......
