My Stainless V- Tube is Broken :-( The 510 threads are stripped. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?? If not I think I will have to bury it and have a small funeral service.

You got an adapter like the 510 to 510.
Get some Permtex Red and put a drop on the adapter (the treads) and screw on and then let dry......best give it a day.
