Apology to all my customers

Hello,

I would like to issue an apology to all my customers for the stock status. I am approaching my 1 year anniversary and I have found that stock has been the biggest problem. I have tried numerous things to improve it but have been fighting an uphill battle.
My suppliers have become my worst enemies and continue to give me wrong ship dates or just mess up my orders resulting in delays. I have been waiting for 2 months from JOYE and nearly the sametime from SLB for my latest orders. I never thought my suppliers would be my worst problem.

SLB has made a few mistakes that led to remaking my orders, the latest order which has finally shipped still has a mistake but I couldn't wait any longer. All the batteries will be with red led. I hope I made the right call by just having them ship them instead of waiting again for them to make.

JOYE well is just completely overwhelmed and I fear them hurrying is leading to the slip in quality control. I never thought it would take over 2 months to make an order.

Ultimately this is my business and any negative feedback in regards to this subject falls on me.

Again I am sorry and hope everything is in stock by this time next week

I likely will no longer give ETAs until the stuff is on my doorstep, I hate looking like a liar

You have my sympathy, Dave.

Although I don't sell e-cigs I do have my own business and am often at the mercy of my suppliers. I've often told my customers if I treated them the way my suppliers treated me I'd be out of business ;)

But they've got you (and others) over a barrel and they know if you give up someone will just take your place.

Hope things improve for you!

I think alot of people including me are more mad at our selfs. I know I am. I had 2 306 attys and then one died for no real reason about 2 weeks ago. I should have at that very second the atty died ordered more. Well I didn't and now I am worried my good atty will die forcing me to use my KR808 (OH NOOOOO!). Really we know what we need to keep on hand.

Thanks for working so hard for us!

I don't know about others, but I always check you first. Only once have I had to go somewhere else for something that was out of stock that I needed sooner than later. I understand that stores sometimes run out but that doesn't reflect poorly on you. I did order liquid from you last Friday and expected it sometime later this week - you surprised me again when I found it in my mailbox on Monday :) Keep up the good work, we're here with you!

Have been a loyal customer since Aug '09 and will continue to be Dave.
Never had a problem and always have had excellent service from you.
Was just thinking of ordering more juice tonight when I saw this. Sorry you are having supplier problems but I understand and stand by my #1 go to for e-stuff. Thanks for the updates, hang in there!
