The price was right for their version of a lavatube so i purchased it. No hassles, easy payment and shipping options.
The thing is.... I live in canada and customs seized my package. It still hasnt arrived yet and i am conserned it might be sent back. Its been about a month.
A couple of days ago i contacted apollo to get some advice on what i need to do to get the package and they offered me lots of options including a refuund that includes shipping!
I was blown away at the level of customer service, the price and their speedy response. Will definitely be doing business with them again. If package is returned to sender though, ordering from a canadian website next!
