We really care about our Canadian customers and when a package get's stopped and sent back to us we both lose out.
So due to high demand if a package is returned by customs, we can re-ship it one more time free of charge! Or issue a full refund including shipping cost. OH Canada, Please forward this as we are the only company doing this at the moment!
