okay.....our numbers have dwindled sadly.....foods almost gone....(don't even LOOK at my goat or CES's dogs) but the good news is at least the one man we seem to have left is highly functional and ruthless....so whaddya think? Rescue Mission? A little cyber-stalking perhaps? I say it's time to set aside our undead,quasi-dead,not dead yet differences and go round up the survivors.

No one is truly exceptional or substandard, only differentially abled. I can't keep everything in my head at once and I'll have to sleep sooner or later. I'm sure there are plenty of things the two of you know that I don't. A person's IQ is a two part mixture of fixed (knowledge/memory) and fluid (problem solving/reasoning) abilities. Personally, I have far more fluid than fixed and most of the fixed is spread (sometimes paper thin) across a broad spectrum of subjects. I'm also far from an ideal role-model so it would be nice to have some nurturing types around to keep me from, idk, raising kittens as a food source or something. In order to eventually rebuild a decent society, there has to be someone who remembers what decent IS! I can keep people alive but I'm not so sure about keeping 'ideals' alive as well. I'll leave that to someone more capable

Sometime after the moans start but before you feel the tooth and nail... Seriously though, never give up! I've said it before and I'll say it again, you never know what little piece of the puzzle you might have stored in your head that can make all the difference in the world. I've had off the cuff comments turn into million dollar savings for a company! Different points of view aren't 'expendable'.

It takes a special kind of brain to really listen to those other points of view and catch those little offhand comments that can save bunches.....zombies especially like those types of brains (don't worry though, I'm WAY too narcissistic to really think I'm expendable)

ok.....I find that entire diatribe patently offensive. Are you assuming.....that because we are female.....we have a problem with kittens as a food source? Your assuming that we are nice and nurturing???? I assure you....I have 3 soon to be 4 ex-husbands that would be happy to disagree with you.

I humbly beg your pardon. I'm not one to say that women are the weaker sex by any means. I've heard some pretty horrific (and ingenious) revenge stories from my female co-workers. My point was that by general standards women are more likely to maintain some civility in a future society. Left to our own devices, most men would be quite content to eat chili cold over the sink vs preparing an elaborate 4 course meal on finest china.
