Hi

The general TOS rule is this is a family friendly and office friendly site. In other words, is it anything that someone is going to have a problem with being seen by kids or family members at home or the boss or someone else at work? IMO I've seen saucier avatars on ECF, but I'm not the arbiter of tasteful ECF avatars either. Will have to wait on a moderator opinion.

Was wondering how strict the rules are on selection of avatars, for example, I'm curious if my current one is acceptable

Not acceptable. If it contains language that would otherwise be filtered by the forum filters, it's not appropriate. (I've gone ahead and removed it, too.)

Thanks, now I know. I am currently selecting a new, more creative, more appropriate one as we speak. Glad I asked

Thanks again

To those reading this thread for the first time, This was not the picture in question. It was a batman and robin can I use your lighter? - I vape (followed by an unnamed expletive)! meme, that did have questionable language in it, and was disallowed by the moderator. I respect the decision and like my new avatar. It shall stick around.
