Earlier this month, I ordered a Lambo 4.0 (marketed as the myGo 2.5) kit from AVC. I received the unit within the week I ordered (free AND fast shipping), but the ohm meter was not functioning on it. I posted a complaint through their website, and after a couple messages back and forth, they shipped out a brand new unit and a return label and padded envelope. This arrived in 4 days flat, and worked like a charm. The fact that they sent a new unit out immediately kept me from going without my new toy, and the return label and envelope ensured that I didn't have to pay a penny out of pocket to get the bad unit back to them. I'm very pleased with this customer service, and if you're looking for a great, inexpensive VV mod (the Lambo 4.0 is a BEAST), give ACV a shot!
