Vapor 4 Life was one of the first places that I bought an ecig and cartomizers from. I have other PVs now but I still use their products. They do make mistakes, but they handle these mistakes perfectly. They are always quick to reply. I purchased a starter kit early june. I ordered 2 manual batteries in the kit. One stopped working about a month ago and they sent another out in 24 hours. Last week, the other battery stopped working. I contacted them on Monday morning and I received another battery today. It was an auto and I do not like those. I wrote back and told them. They told me to keep it for my troubles and are sending me a manual. I like the fact that they go ahead and send you a new product without you returning the faulty one first. They send a RMA in the envelope which is actually an address label you stick on envelope you return with the defective item. I recommend this company to anyone just starting or looking for a quick and easy way to vape.
