I was never a "menthol" smoker but find in an eliquid I do like some cool minty-ness.

Just looking for something to add to a few of my juices.

Can anyone delineate the differences I would taste between Johnson Creek Arctic Mint and Tundra?

I have no idea which one to get and do not want both.

Since I was never a menthol smoker, I guess I'm not understanding the difference when somebody says "menthol" or "mint" since to me these would seem different. FWIW, I don't want a dry icy numbing flavor......I do like peppermint or spearmint. Wintergreen for instance, seems very too icy for me.

Okay, well help me find something i hope.

If you just want that cool taste without the mint/menthol, you could get a bottle of Koolada and add a couple drops. Anyone that sells DIY supplies would have this. This would be cool without the mint-although not what you'd call menthol. I add this or something like VB Artic Ice to a lot of my fruit flavors. Never tried Johnson's Creek so I can't advise you.

There's also peppermint and spearment flavorings. It's a little bit of a cheaper route than buying a premixed e-liquid.

But I do mix pre-mixed liquid together all the time. Sometimes accidently, sometimes on purpose with good results.

those 2 juices are very similar, tundra has more mint than "icy". but both of those juices will have both the minty, and icy characteristics.
i preffered the tundra, at the time i had both.
but on a side note,..i stopped using JC altogether. after a couple weeks, i couldnt get rid of the certain underlying flavor,..in 10-12 of their juices (some from sample pack and some flavors i purchased seperately) there would be this (for lack of a better term) vomity taste. hard to notice if not searching for it but,..impossible to miss once it's realized.
could have just been me but, ive seen lots of posts about what the majority of people prefer for a menthol-type juice. and havent seen JC mentioned at all.
hope that helps.

I believe that is the "smokey-ness" that is underlying musky nutty perhaps? ....I get cocoa, but I know what you mean. You either like it or not.

However, it sure beats the *chemical / perfume* taste I am getting with so many other juices, IMHO.

I'm realizing just how long it really takes to find a juice for all day vape for a newbie. I think I'm going to have to go DIY soon, spending $50 on juice and having to give it away is not something I can afford much longer.

I'm making some progress now though, after depleting my bank account LOL.

Hate these undertones/flavors:
Caramel
Pepper (is it just me, I loved boba's bounty but the peppery taste ruined it for me after 2 days)
Salt
Honey
Clove
Cinnamon
Ginger
Wintergreen
Almond
Amaretto
Gran Marnier/Orange
Candy flavors (candy versions of flavors like Cherry, etc.)

Love these undertones/flavors:
Coffee
Chocolate
Peppermint
Spearmint
Ice Cream
Nuts other than almond
Watermelon
Strawberry
American Spirit-like tobacco undertones
Fresh coconut (not sickeningly sweet stuff)

I wish I could find someone to tell me what vape to get that leaves out my hates and incorporates some of my likes. :)

have you tried Bounty Hunter? nothing menthol about it but, you can get 30ml for like $10. it is my #1 favorite and tons of people say the same. so its only available sometimes, due to overwhelming popularity.
after going down expensive roads searching for my favorite juice...i wish i had tried Bounty Hunter from day 1.

I would probably like it but quite frankly, I really dislike the idea of having to "wait in line" to spend my money.

That has always rubbed me the wrong way, like frantic shoppers on Black Friday.

If there is a high demand for a product, then make more. Otherwise, expect me to go elsewhere. I do not have time to keep checking a website, etc.

I started out my young life in the advertising industry, so I know all about whipping customers into a frenzy for "product". No thanks. It was all smoke and mirrors then, and I'm sure nothing has changed.

I guess i'm not "consumer oriented" enough. Make me jump thru hoops and I just do without your product.
