Are all VG's / PG's thesame?

I’m new to the forum and also to vaping. I have smoked a pack a day for almost twenty years. A couple years ago I bought a cheap ecig (the ones that look like an analog). Although I kinda liked it, the horrible battery life and frequent changing of cartridges made me quit it pretty quickly. I recently decided to give it another try and ordered a V2 ecig, because it came out as best ecig on multiple ‘review’ sites. Then I found this forum and read that the V2 ecig actually is quite a piece of s*** and that all those ‘review’ sites were affiliates of the V2 company. I immediately cancelled my order and ordered two Ego C Twists with two Mini Viva Nova’s instead. Thank you all for that! I’m so happy with my Ego C’s! I’ve only had them since last Friday, but I really prefer it to analogues and haven't smoked since.

So now that I’ve introduced myself a little here’s my question. This really should be posted in de DYI section, but it seems I’m not allowed to post there. Are all VG/PG's the same or are there differences between brands? If so, what are the differences and do you know some good European suppliers?

You can order PG from your Chemist Propylene Glycol EP and cheaper than most Vendors offer it for. For VG, again this you can get from your Chemist and should be on the shelf so no need to order, look for it in the cough mixture aisle, it will be labelled Glycerin EP (Glycerol). This way you are sure to get Highest Pharmaceutical Grade product available.

Just wanted to stop by and say hi and welcome to the ECF I have tried a few different vendors PG and VG and they all seem to be the same so far.

In Europe you can buy from Inawera Flavors . The PG I got from them is said to be 99,93%. PG is PG, like water is water.

That is not strictly true, you get different grades of PG and VG, Pharmacopoeia Grade has the Highest Purity whilst Food Grade has a Lower Purity and that which is meant for Animal Fodder is an even lower grade.
By making your purchase from a Chemist you are sure to get the highest grade possible.
