are blu cig batteries compatible

Does anyone know if the blu cig batteries are compatible with a different atomizer like 510? I would like for my purchase not to be total waste and the charging pack is convenient. Just can't stand their carts and are not ideal for dripping

The threads make them interchangeable. The chargers however are not.
