Are cartomizers interchangeable?

I am about to order smoketip and am wondering are there other carts that would be interchangeable with these? Thanks.

The SmokeTip is a KR808D-1, so most Kr8 cartomizers are compatible with it. [NOTE: I have found that some Kr8 batteries don't work with some Kr8 cartomizers.] This opens up a huge world of prefilled cartomizers for you. For example, take a gander at Vapor4Life's selection.
