Hey that a very good question.
tobacco Giant RJ Reynolds has a cigarette out right now in a few select states. It's called the Eclipae. Contains tobacco, glycol and flavoring. It's supposed to produce less tar. I guess it's legal for them to sell in
test markets right now. I bought a pack the other day and they are disgusting. I would like to know the details pertaining to the laws of marketing new cigarettes. Does a tobacco company have to go through the FDA to market a new product that is slightly different form an existing one?
