Are DeKang liquids getting re-branded or is it just the bottles???

I got a few juices from different companies and some of the bottles look like Dekang 10ml and 30ml.

I'll check back on this thread and post pictures if I can. You all prolly know what the bottles look like, though.

Are other e-tailers re-branding DeKang liquids all over the internet, or are they just using their bottles?

The reason this even came up is because I got two of a similar flavor from 2 different places and they are the same dang thing. One in a 10ml bottle that I know for a fact is DeKang/Chinese supplier and a 30ml that is the same juice in a 30ml DeKang-style bottle but nicely re-branded from a popular American company.

If it becomes relevant, I'll say who and what flavor. Later, though. I wanna hear some of your thoughts and educated guesses based on experience only first.

What kind of juices do you have that you suspect are DeKang ordered in bulk and then sold Stateside in 10-60ml re-branded bottles???

Havent bought juices from the US yet, so I cant answer your question, but have read discussion similar in various threads on here.

When I was looking for bottles, 5ml, 10ml and 30ml, it was actually pretty hard to find 'good' ones. The dekang lines have, I think, great bottles so I had a bench mark. Someone figured out where dekang were getting their bottles so I think they are a popular bottle for other suppliers, not just dekang. This is a topic I found quite interesting, especially after the amount of time I put in to looking for the things myself.

One way to tell if you're a high nicotine content vaper. Anything over 24mg is not Dekang liquid, that's as high as they go.

One way to find out is check the web site. Some American providers tell you it's Dekang repackaged or that they take the dekang liquid and mix different Dekang flavors to make there own unique flavor.

DK says they suppy over 90% of the market. I know many US suppliers use DK liquids! I have spent a small fortune on liquids and most have turned out to be DK. With the new US made liquid, this number could be going down a bit. Many suppliers will have their own mixes made up by DK, tweaking a flavor a bit. I believe this is why so many liquids basically taste the same as most are DK!

Did they represent it as being something other than Dekang or China sourced juice, or were they just silent on the topic and you assumed it was of the homegrown variety?

That's not always the case. 4 different suppliers I bought from all didn't have ANY note or sign on their site of where their liquids came from. They had their own labels and all of that crap. The only way I knew was to post here and ask how to tell, sure enough there was a big YDNK or whatever on the caps. Pathetic thing about that is all of the reviews on all 4 websites saying "oh you have the best liquid out there, so much better than (insert one of the other 3 sites name here). LOL, it's allllll the same. I felt cheated honestly. I only buy from places like TastyVapor and MsTsbakery now. Screw dekang! Gives me bad headaches and another thing, 2 of the four sites charges more than a dollar per milliliter. WOW!

How did you get sucked in, and why the hesitation to name names? Not that I would order from a supplier with the audacity to charge $1/ml anyway, and I never trust the reviews on vendor sites, but it would be nice to be warned.

I didn't want to mention names in here because unless it's a big issue with one of the specific companies it'd be seen as trolling or badmouthing specific companies. Usually a website will say "We make ALL of our own liquids 100%" and it's true (specially if they are a reputable, registered supplier here on ECF). It's usually best to just go with what you know. If a lot of people haven't heard of a certain company you're thinking of buying from, chances are it's too good to be true. Of course that's not ALWAYS the case, but most of the time it is.

Dunno, think that may be outdated info, they don't offer anything over 24 last time I checked. Either way....I'm kinda more interested in seeing which direction the OP takes this thread.

The Dekang stuff I got from Cignot towards the end of May was 26mg 100%PG. Got some other Dekang a few days later from another vendor, 80/20 PG/VG and it was 24mg.

Dekang makes tons of juice. They no longer make 26mg, but did at one time. After the 26mg gets used, I doubt you will see it again.

Yeah all the stuff I got from Electronic Ash was 26mg... I was wondering about that because I thought DK only made 24. I also got 36mg from them too... must be old stuff

I'm almost certain that V4L is rebranded Dekang. I also wouldn't assume all smaller vendors sell DK. I don't know if FreedomSmokeUSA or Backwoods Brew qualifies as small vendors. I'm pretty sure DAT's is a small vendor, who "should" be ready to start taking orders again. None of the three use DK. I know for a fact that AFUSA's nic even comes from the USA. You'll run across many posts saying all the nic is made in China but that's just plain ole wrong. Nic IS extracted and sold in the USA.
