Are e-cigs banned for sale in any of the EU countries?

I need to know if there is a ban on selling and using e-cigs in any of the EU countries? The legislation is too complex and different for each country. So I will appreciate if you can support me with some information if there is a ban anywhere. Thank you!

Here in Ukraine I never see people even smoking them..so here not. But nations like SW may ban then cause they get 90% tax rev from a analog pack of smokes.
