Are some liquids only for big tanks or dripping?

So I've been exploring the wonderful world of NETs over the last couple weeks and while I've found a few that I really like, I'm frustrated by the way some of them clog up and burn in my disposable clearomizers. I know most advanced vapers use rebuildable tanks/clearos or dripping atomizers but I prefer a small form factor when I'm out of the house. I do plan to get a dripping atty of some sort for home use, though (not sure which one to get but that's a whole other discussion). D'ya think it would be best for me to relegate NETs to this sort of vaping and stick with "clean" lab juices when I'm out and about?

PS: Even some lab juices seem prone to gunking, at least with my equipment - Halo's Voodoo being one example.

Ive only tried a few of the disposable clearomizers, because I got annoyed with them right away.

There is other, and IMO better, small form factor options.

These days, Im hooked on the carto tank. But I used to be all about the Kanger Evod. The kanger evod is just like any other Clearo, size wise, but IMO, from what Ive tried, it blows away anything else. The heads are replaceable too, and come in different resistances.

There is also slim carto tanks. More or less the size of a clearomizer.

The Boge F series Carto Tanks, specifically the F15, is quite slim and takes a regular sized carto. It might as well be a clearomizer, size wise. The other two use the XL sized cartos, and there is also a slim version. Boge F-Series Cartomizer Tanks - Avid Vaper

SMoktech DCT Tanks come in a bunch of types, either 3.5ml or 6ml. The 3.5ml is slim, and still not too much taller than an Evod or something similar. Carto-Tank
