Are sub-ohm contacts automatically installed on LP Rios purchased from Reosmods?

Are sub-ohm contacts automatically installed on LP Rios purchased from Reosmods? Or is this something you have to request when ordering?

I see a LP Rio in the classifieds:

* Description: LP Reo Grand black wrinkle with engraved brass door, LP RM2 drilled to 5/64", and Reo brass button-like new. Price: $180.00

* Seller comments: It is practically brand new, so whatever he is doing now that's how it is. The contacts are gold colored. I bought it August 12th, so it probably got here within a week from that date.

That's whatcha get on any new Reo since the parts became available. As I recall Rob even retrofitted all existing Reos in stock at the time.

When they have popped up in the classifieds in the last couple weeks - they sure don't hang around long. Last couple few I've seen have been posted, PM'ed, paid and closed in under 20 minutes - give or take. (But not much.)

Yes, but I decided to make a bold move today. I am going to introduce my new BF RWAC to my SO.

One thing that I have not see mentioned in this thread is the fact that there are NO sub-ohm contacts period.

There are the "new" improved contacts. They are available on site as well as installed in all REO's on site.

Nowhere will you see them listed on reosmods as sub-ohm contacts.

These new contacts were made to improve the performance of our REO's. On the mechanical REO's the spring and firing contact are new. They are gold plated beryllium. The button has been changed to a new heat resistant PEEK material.

The "sub-ohm" vapers asked for a better REO and Robert was quick to act and give all of us a REO that is now giving us all better performance.
