Smallest I personally know of is 16mm. There are still a few 14mm attys. 14mm gets really small and cramped.

Which ones do you know of from the past?
I only remember genesis types at 14mm.
Even the KF mini 2.1, despite having a 14mm base, had a 15mm clear tank.

I knew about the KF, from what I remembered there were complaints about it. I love KF but I saw some negative reviews, perhaps those were overstated. There was the Big Buddha Mini 14mm as well. I cannot remember the others off the top of my head, some Greek maker produced one.
15mm would be fine, close enough to 14mm for my purposes.
I remember what the complaints I saw on the KF mini 2.1, I saw a lot of people say they had leaking issues.
Can't think of any RTA's still made in that diameter. Typically most produced their compact RTA's in 16mm such as GP with the Spheroid and Gus Mods with the Aiolos. And also currently there's the Dvarw 16. Even Golden Greek produced their Penelope's in 17mm. Older Gennies as people have mentioned could be found in 14mm.
The Eleaf GS Air is 14mm but uses replaceable coils.

The problem with 14mm is it starts to run into attachment problems. The deck screws start to take a larger and larger percentage of total space. 14mm was pretty dang cramped.

I'm guessing you want this for a 14mm diameter device. Have you considered a 14mm RDA instead? A few exist, Viper V2 clones are 14mm.
