Are there any short and fat clearomizers?

I've been wanting to give clearomizers a second try, but I dislike the way they are since they add too much in length to my mods. Is there such thing as a short and fat clearomizer? Here is a quick photochop of what I mean:

About 15-20mm in diameter, but not too tall. I can probably hacksaw a vivi nova, but I want something that looks clean cut.

I'm also interested in this. My itaste 134 is plenty tall. I'd rather have a larger diameter tank that is shorter.

5mL PBC Tanks 22mm x 71mm with driptip and those are fairly long tip so I'm thinking 45 to 50 mm or 1 3/4" to just short of 2".

They take the Smoktech coils, the same as my ARO that I love.

The first two posters might be good candidates for carto tanks. The 22mm diameter is probably (an educated guess on my part) the most popular... and the best of the best are made by IBTanked and Phiniac. The best cartos are made by Ikenvape first, then Boge.
