It's a regular claim I've been reading. "300-350 puffs" per cartridge. Main issue is a regular puff is not going to cut it with ecigs. There's also no way I went from 1 pack up to 4 packs (easily 3 full cartos, if not more) a day without feeling it, so there's probably some other fuzzy numbers in there.
But it isn't a claim you've been reading anywhere on ECF, right?
Or on the website of any vendors here on ECF, right?
:)

I love the fact that you can get NO nicotine flavors and you still get the same flavor, same vape from the liquid as you do with the nicotine added! You don't even notice that you are NOT using nicotine! Its a mental thing for me when I see the smoke, and I LOVE flavors! I am truly in love with Atomic Fireball, cinnamon redhots, whatever it is Cinnamon!! I also love grape! Sour apple is wonderful, peach, caramel, vanilla, coffee, I think right now I have about 20 bottles of "flavors" for my vaping pleasure!!!

I monitor it, in that I am always aware of what nic level I am using. I started @ 24 for a few months, then went to 18. I then started DIY, and it's easy to very slowly reduce the nic. If you go slow enough, I really could not tell. Currently my main batches are mixed about 10 mg. I use a VV device, and can turn it up in the morning if I want a little more, and down at night.

For a while I kept differing levels of juices, one for morning, one for during the day, one for night, one for stress... I am happy with one flavor now, and VV makes it easy to adjust the level of nic somewhat.

If you cut down your nic too fast, you will subconsciously vape more to get more nic, I have been vaping about 3 ml/day for the last few months, some more on weekends. If I used a 30ml bottle during the day, it's hard to tell how much I used, other than averaging the bottle over X days. Now I use one 10ml or 3 ml bottle for daily carry, it's easier to see at a glance how much I am using.

On zero-nic TH? There is a thread here somewhere about extracting black pepper for TH. I love pepper, but I also find that I now (vaping for a year) inhale much less than when I smoked, or started vaping. We absorb the nic in smoking as particulate matter in our lungs. Vaping is a liquid vapor, we absorb the nic mostly with our mouth/throat/nasal/mucus membranes.

If you exhale through your nose, you will get a little bit more nic, because of more contact with an area that can absorb it.

nope, granted I'm relatively new here and don't buy prefilled. Just a claim I've noticed on all the kits/disposables popping up all over the place in town. My first disposable was a major let down on lifespan because those claims, alllllmost gave up till I found these forums.

I've seen a single dsiposable say "equal to a full carton" and "a full two packs" also.

I'm finding nicotine from vaping is having more negative effects than nicotine from smoking. Other negatives with smoking of course besides nicotine. Same story for me with NRTs as well. It's probably because nicotine in vaping/NRTs is delivered thru the blood supply rather than more direct thru gas exchange in lungs. Takes more nicotine in blood level to get the same effects or curb craves.

I started with and prefer 36mg. However some of my favorite juice vendor's only offer up to 24mg. 24 works but I like a really solid TH. I feel if the dosage you are using isnt adversely affecting you, you arent over doing it. It may sound simplistic or maybe a little foolish, but thats my take on it. If you arent feeling ill/dizzy what have you, vape on!

You know I ask myself that a lot, I stated with 24mg (to strong at first) then to 18mg then a couple months later down to 16mg and 12mg for another couple months... and then it hit me! I don't wanna quit the nic so I'm back at 18mg. Only into it for 7.5 months now and as long as it's not doing any damage I may never quit it.... I'm hooked :)

My body does a pretty good job at telling me where my nic should be at - I just have to make sure I listen. When I'm feeling a little jittery, ACK, too high! When all I wanna do is sleep all day, ACK, not enough!

You can control that with frequency, but since I prefer to chain-vape whenever I feel like it, I chose to lower my nic strength. I did it gradually, from 12 to 8-9, and now down to 6. Tapering down does take a little discipline: there are withdrawals involved, but if you can weather them through, they never really last that long (maybe a couple of weeks), and your body adjusts to the new level quite easily. What's great is that I can now go for crazy long periods without nic without getting cranky or hopelessly out of focus. When I smoked, it was maybe 2 hours tops!

I noticed in the last year an half I went from 18mg to 20mg and currently at 22mg. I vape a lot while I drive. I must be careful now since it is summer time. Even tho A/C is blasting, my super big gulp still melts fast. It'd be a waste of money to buy it and not drink it before it gets watered down. Almost crashed when I was entering interstate was a tight turn in the dark and I happened to blow out a huge vapor cloud in front of me. My brain told me TURN THE WHEEL NOW!!! when I realized I was blinded by my own vapor lol. Next thing I knew, I was inches from the guardrail. So glad it was a road I am familiar with. If not, I'd crash.

I was using the disposable V2 e-cig since last friday, i just got my Volt pro kit today. I was literally refreshing the track shipment page every 5 minutes to see where the hell my package was. The first V2 disposable i got said it was equal to 40 cigs. My impression was wow...for 11 bucks...in nyc, a pack of smokes are 12 dollars. I thought it was the best deal ever. Then i find out 40 cigs worth really meant about 15. I would go through the V2 disposable in about a day and change, and believe me I was well aware of my vaping, I wasn't chain vaping or anything. That really made me go with the Volt as my first vape as opposed to the V2, which was also the first vape i was introduced to by a family member. Don't get me wrong, the v2 disposable wasn't the most terrible experience ever, TH was ok and taste wise it was very weak but not...terrible.. but the ridiculous price and false advertisement on the package...I'll never recommend or trust V2 ever. i'm very happy with my Volt :) The product is awesome. I got an auto just to see the difference..not a fan...I prefer the manual much more. There no mystery there. The manual gives a better hit and requires less work.

Wow, I'm so glad I'm not the only one. That needs to be changed ASAP. So much lies, soon it will be "600 puffs per carto" for the same cartos they sell now. I do prefer to monitor my own filling of the cartos, the pre-fills just don't live up to the hype. I'm still scouring the forums looking for easy cleaning methods that don't involve boiling, without buying a re-buildable atomizer (which I'll probably get when I find sites that sell pre-wrapped wicks of various lengths and resistances (idea, idea people!! {unless it's already out, and can someone point out that site???})). I hate contaminated e-liquid drags and I am always trying new flavors so I go through a lot of cartomizers.
