Argg! Need a Good Carto for 19mm XL Tube

Everywhere I look, these cartomizers are sold out. Yea, I know about the Chinese holiday. Does anyone, I mean Beuller, know where I can get my hands on one for the tank I just bought? (19mm XL Tube from IBT)

These are the ones I use. I usually get 2.0ohms: Single Coil XL Tank replacement 510 cartomizer for 3.5 and 6ml SmokTank XL - w/flange and 1, 2 or 3 holes.

I'm really liking these. no Flooding, No leaking, excellent vape.
They don't have the tank flange, but they also don't slide around on ya either.

So far these are better than any smoktek's that I've tried.

I use them in my IBTanked 19mm
