As shown in the above graphic, you have three options in carto brands to choose from: Smoktech, Boge XL, and Ikenvape mega.
Smoktech - These are available in single and dual coils; I'd stick with the single coils if I were you. They have a less dense wicking filler, so are easier to fill, but may be more prone to flooding.
Boge XL - These are single coil only. They have a more dense wicking filler, so are slower to fill, but are less likely to flood.
Ikenvape - a premium carto whose popularity is higher than their supply. If you can find these in stock, get the Ikenvape 510 Fusion punched or the Ikenvape Platinum punched.
I personnally use either of the above Ikenvape cartos in standard resistance. My backup cartomizer is the two-hole Smoktek 3.0 ohm single coils. I use primarily regulated APVs.

What ohm or resistance you choose should depend upon if you are using an un-regulated (single voltage) or regulated (processor APV):
Single voltage devices should have low resistance (1.5 - 1.9 ohm) if you prefer a warmer vape, or standard resistance (2.0 - 2.5 ohm) if you prefer a cooler vape.
Higher resistance (3.0+ ohm) will allow you to use a voltage range between 3.4v - 5.0v. on a regulated APV.
