Shipping - The shipping is outstanding. Ordered on Friday morning, was delivered Tuesday afternoon (Monday was even a holiday). I have never had such fast shipping before so greatly impressed. Gets a 10 from me.
Customer Service - What can I say Jerry is on top of it. He is polite and very helpful. Aims to please his customers, and is on top of any issues/questions. He is by far one of the few who truly cares about his customers (at least of any liquid place I have ordered from before). Again he gets a 10 from me.
Product Packaging- Excellent packaging. Child safe caps on the bottles, clear and easy to read labels. He also includes an expiration date, this is the first time I have ever had one include that. I would like to see maybe a posion icon on the bottle as extra warning, however it does say keep out of children's reach. It also includes info on storage for the liquid. He gets a 9 on the packaging. (Sorry Jerry I would like to see that posion icon somewhere on the bottle, being a parent myself of a kid old enough to open child proof caps.)
Prices/Flavor Variety - Very reasonable, with a multitude of flavors to pick from. Plus he is on the forums and open to new flavor ideas. He gets another 10 here, and I am making a list of flavors I have to try.
I ordered the 36mg Flavorless, 26mg RY4, and 26mg Cappacchino. Initial review is excellent flavors (the cappacchino is amazing), good throat hit and large amount of vapor. However I want to give the liquids a bit longer before I decide on a number value for each.
Overall Jerry now has a customer for life from me personally, and gets a 10 overall. You will not regret ordering from here!
