Received what appears to have been a mislabeled bottle of Cuban Cigar (first "oops" in the 1 1/2 years I've been vaping).
Sent a note through the website the next day explaining the situation hoping I could just drive to the other end of town to swap it. No big hurry, still had the other 2 flavors from my order.
Within a couple of hours I receive a call from Jerry apologizing for the mix up, says he will replace the liquid AND that he has a couple of new flavors he's been testing would I be interested in trying them AND he noticed that I live in the same corner of town that he does would it be ok if he dropped them off on his way home?
Whenever I try to say that it's not that big of a deal he just says "I want to make sure my customers are happy."
Well, this customer is VERY happy. Not only was the "oops" corrected ASAP but I got a sneak preview of a couple of new flavors that he might be adding (a variation on the Cuban Cigar; same rich taste but a little sweeter; good stuff... and one that to me tasted like a mellow full bodied cigarette; went great with my morning coffee.)
With his competitive pricing, lightning fast order processing, and the only error in 1 1/2 years being corrected the same day I told him about it I am extremely happy with, and impressed by, AromaEjuice.
