Artery Cold Steel AIO rba Version
Artery Cold Steel AIO introduction:
As you can see from the pictures, this is a "Dual System" Mod Pod and Box Mod kit, but it has some features that make it special.
It is constructed of durable zinc alloy and can work with three different types of batteries (18650-20700-21700).
Available in two distinct versions, Artery Cold Steel AIO XP and Artery Cold Steel AIO RBA Version, the latter is the version of this test.
The Artery Cold Steel AIO RBA Version Kit comes with a 3ml capacity cartridge compatible with a refined postless rebuildable deck, the kit also includes a 510 adapter that allows you to install any atomizer just like any Box Mod.
The Artery Cold Steel AIO XP kit comes with a 4ml cartridge, its coils are compatible with those of the Nugget GT including the RBA that can be purchased separately.
The Artery Cold Steel can deliver a maximum power of 120W and supports VW (Low, Medium High), TC (NI_TI_SS), TCR, Curve Mode (3 options) Bypass and Voltage modes.
The super-complete chipset through the integrated resistance detection function (can be deactivated) automatically sets any atomizer to the best wattage, negating the possibility of exceeding the physical limit of the Coil.
It also has an intelligent and patented sensor, able to keep the liquid level under control, practically when the Pod is empty, to avoid dry shots, the sensor detects the temperature of the coil in difficulty, immediately zeroing the power.
Truly a combination of useful and innovative options, cheers !!

First impressions, Artery Cold Steel AIO RBA Version:
The name "Cold Steel" reminds me of Ehpro! ... But why is this new Mod branded Artery?
Investigating the Ehpro website I discovered that thanks to a commercial agreement, this line will have the Artery brand.
Ehpro will however continue to produce the Cold Steel 100 and 200.
The first thing I noticed when I opened the package is that in this kit there are no XP coils, the supplied cartridge uses a beautiful postless regenerable Deck (very good).
The XP model cartridge with relative XP coils can be purchased separately and used on the Mod.
Not even the charging cable is present (no problem), I have always argued that external batteries must be charged with an external charger, however, those who want to recharge the mod directly can use a Type C cable by connecting it to the PC.
For this test, I got the Gun Metal version, at first glance this new Mod seems very compact and despite the weight reaches almost 200 Gr the handling is excellent.
In the image below the Artery Cold Steel AIO RBA Version compared to the best competitors on the market.
How Artery Cold Steel AIO RBA Version is made:
The frame is built in solid zinc alloy the polygonal form factor provides an angle that narrows both the front and the rear of the mod, the side panels have a texture deeply engraved in the metal that gives a good grip, towards the front area there is a slightly recessed smooth part where the fingers love to slide, at the top on both sides there are three air-flow loops (two are fake).
Cold Steel Aio and Designed By Artery are the writings that appear at the bottom on one side.
The front side features a dark plastic insert, inside we find a good quality Fire key with a shape similar to a light switch, a 0.96 "color OLED display and the rocker containing the Up selection keys. and Down.
The rear area is smooth and bare, at the top you can see the attachment area of the cartridge, but also of the 510 adapter.
The compartment / pod is particular, there are no magnets, the hooking system for the cartridge or for the 510 adapter is made up of the internal conformation of the edges that effectively block both accessories.
On the bottom of the compartment there are the two pins isolated from a peek base, the detail indicated by the arrow instead indicates the innovative liquid control sensor, this sensor detects the coil temperature and stops dispensing before the " dry puff ".
On the bottom of the Mod there is the Type-C charging socket and the battery compartment access cap. There are two vent holes on the cap.
