Artery nugget v2 question.

Anyone else have this mod? Just got it as a stealth vape at work to replace my istick pico. I've seen several places that list pass through as a feature. Mine does not have pass through though. Anyone know what the deal is there? When plugged in and hitting the fire button I get a "charging, no output" message on the screen. Software version is 101201609061.

Any help?

No modern mods have passthrough vaping. Usb simply doesn't provide sufficient current. Some mods allow vaping while plugged in by pausing the charging while the fire button is pressed. This puts additional strain on the battery though so I wouldn't recommend it.

Learn something every day.... not that I really need to or have done it alot, but thru the years I have vaped while charging a few times but didn't know it was bad . Is it the same regardless if it's a built in or 18650? I guess all the mods I have ever tried, did allow it, but none were built ins. I guess I never thought it was bad is because I have heard that certain mods did have pass thrus but maybe that was the old ego types

Batteries are batteries so the effect should be the same. Don't know how bad it actually is but the batteries heat up while charging, then heat up while discharging, having no respite. Better to charge, let the battery rest, and then vape.
