Funny, I never think about that when buying a mod or tank, should I..?

These all work fine anyway:

Although naturally you have to watch your builds on the Velocity clone with only 50W available. I've only used it with a single coil myself.

The only reason I was concerned is that when I tried to puff on the Nugget, using only an atomizer leftover from IKV at 3.5, it would not take that high a resistance..so got nothing. Ordered a tank with .25 resistance and burns pretty hot. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the resistance in my 510 atomizer compared to the low resistance in the tank.

I believe the resistance range is 0.1Ω to 3.0Ω, so anything in that range will work. You'll want to start at a lower wattage to avoid burning, then increase the power incrementally until it's performing the way you like. Generally, higher resistance coils will be made with thinner wire and will need much lower wattage than low-resistance coils. You'll also get better battery life with higher resistance and/or lower wattage.
