The Artery Pal 2 is the next version of the popular starter kit and AIO device from the folks over at Artery Vapor. The Artery Pal II, however, has had the hand of Tony B (designer of the Pulse series from Vandy vape) in its design. The original PAL had a similar outside design, but the difference between the old and this new version is the Pal 2 takes more of a Pod approach.
